Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo inaugurated a soccer academy over the weekend in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, along with Ukraine's Andriy Shevchenko.
The Portuguese soccer star delighted the children during his appearance Sunday at the academy, patiently signing autographs for his young fans.
The tanned and smiling Ronaldo posed for numerous photos, holding a soccer ball but refraining from showing off his skills.
The Real Madrid star was joined by Georgia's Kaja Kaladze, who played for nine seasons with Milan and recently retired.
Kaladze now serves as deputy prime minister and energy minister in the Georgian government.
The Portuguese soccer star, who took part in several promotional events in France and Singapore recently, said last Friday that his goal was to win more titles with Real Madrid. EFE
