The Houston Texans and the Green Bay Packers have advanced to the divisional round of the American Football Conference, or AFC, and National Football Conference, or NFC, playoffs, respectively.
The Texans defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 19-13 Saturday on their home turf at Reliant Stadium.
Houston will play the New England Patriots in a road game on Sunday, Jan. 13, in the divisional round of the AFC playoffs.
In NFC action, star quarterback Aaron Rodgers led the Packers to an easy 24-10 win Saturday night over the Minnesota Vikings in the wild card playoff round.
Green Bay will travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers in the NFC divisional round on Saturday, Jan. 12. EFE
