Italy's Gianluigi Quinzi and Russia's Elizaveta Kulichkova will head a group of players from 61 countries at this month's Yucatan Cup junior tennis tournament in Mexico, organizers said.
Quinzi, currently the world's fifth-ranked junior, will be the top seed in the boys' draw at the ITF-sanctioned tournament, to be held from Nov. 19-26 at the Club Campestre de Yucatan in the southeastern city of Merida.
Kulichkova, the defending Mexican Junior Open champion, will be the top seed in the girls' draw, organizers said at a press conference in the Mexican capital.
Both draws will feature 64 players, 16 of whom must make their way through the qualifying rounds.
The winners of the Yucatan Cup will each receive 150 ITF ranking points. EFE
