Leicester manager Nigel Pearson wants a response from his players following the Championship defeat to Crystal Palace.

The Foxes lost their 100% home record in the Championship and top spot in the table with Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Eagles.

Pearson acknowledges that back-to-back away games at Watford and Bolton will be tough, but the City boss insists his side are capable of winning anywhere.

"It is important to bounce back," said Pearson. "We have to wait a week now, then we have two tough away games coming up.

"But all the fixtures at this level are difficult. It is how you do yourselves. If we perform to the levels we are capable of, we can beat any side home or away."
