The New York Giants said they would be without safety Kenny Phillips and defensive tackle Rocky Bernard for their key NFC East battle Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys due to injuries.
Phillips, who has a knee injury, Bernard, who is suffering from a quadriceps injury, and linebacker Jacquian Williams, who also has a knee injury, will not travel to Dallas, where the Giants will try to avenge their opening night loss to the Cowboys.
The defending Super Bowl champions said running back Ahmad Bradshaw, who has been dealing with a foot injury, is questionable for the game but traveled to Dallas and could play despite having only a light practice on Friday.
Phillips and Bernard will be missing their fourth game of the season, while Williams will be out for his second straight game. EFE
