Cardiff City have handed a trial to Danish prospect Ibrahim Mansaray, who is a free agent after leaving Brondby over the summer.

The 19-year-old defensive midfielder rejected the chance of signing a new deal with Brondby as he wanted to move to Britain to continue his career.

The Sierra Leone-born midfielder, who has a Danish passport, came to England and has kept fit training with non-league outfit Peckham United whilst he weighed up a number of options.

Now he has taken the chance to train with Championship club Cardiff City, where he is hoping to earn a deal.
