Spain's David Ferrer and Feliciano Lopez both advanced Tuesday in singles action at the Summer Olympics in London.
Ferrer defeated Slovenia's Blaz Kavcic 6-2, 6-2 in 82 minutes to advance to the Round of 16.
The world No. 5's match was moved to Center Court due to the long battle between France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Canada's Milos Raonic.
Tsonga beat Raonic 6-3, 3-6, 25-23 in the longest three-set match in Olympic history.
Ferrer's next opponent will be Japan's Kei Nishikori.
Lopez, meanwhile, defeated Argentina's Juan Monaco 6-4, 6-4 in one hour and 11 minutes to advance to the third round.
Up next for Lopez is Tsonga, who will be coming off the long match against Raonic.
Nicolas Almagro will face Belgium's Steve Darcis in the third round. EFE
