The O's lost 1-0 to non-league Dartford on Saturday - but Slade is more interested in his side's conditioning rather than results at the moment. "We're only going into the sharp work over the next two weeks or so," he told the club's official website. "We've got the base fitness now which is good, and I feel that we've finished all of our games strongly. "I just think that we need to get that sharpness now which will give us that extra five percent on a Saturday or Tuesday. "It's not about the result and it was just as much not about the result when we beat Wolves 2-0."
