Norway, Finland and the Netherlands will receive extra berths in 2012-13 Europa League qualifying based on fair play rankings.

The Union of European Football Associations said Tuesday that Norway topped the rankings, followed by the other two countries.

The nations are now able to nominate the club that received the fewest red and yellow cards. If that club has already qualified for a European competition, the next non-qualified team will be able to enter.

The three clubs will enter the first round of qualifying.
