KANSAS CITY, Kansas (AP) – Erick Torres scored in the 88th minute to give Chivas de Guadalajara a 2-2 draw with Sporting Kansas City in a friendly match Thursday.
Marco Fabian converted an early penalty for Chivas in the 20th minute, after Sporting's Aurelien Collin tripped Carlos Fierro in the area.
Saad scored in the equalizer in the 75th minute and Ellis put Kansas City ahead in the 86th.
Omar Bravo appeared to score in the 51st minute for Sporting, but was ruled offside.
Kansas City's Craig Rocastle was shown a red card in second-half stoppage time for a hard foul on Torres.
