MUNICH (AP) – Bayern Munich might sign a new striker to compensate for the injury of Ivica Olic.
Club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says Olic's injury has left Bayern with only two healthy strikers and ''we will see if we have to do anything.''
The Croatia striker will be out of action for six to eight weeks with a hip injury.
Olic was hurt in Saturday's 5-0 win against Hamburger SV after coming on as a substitute. He scored the final goal in what was one of his first matches after being sidelined for nine months due to a knee injury.
