Inter Milan have denied that they have held talks about signing Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez, who is reportedly unsettled at Eastlands.
Tevez is being widely tipped to leave the club this summer, with Inter and Real Madrid touted as the two most likely destinations for the brilliant Argentine.
Inter have denied a deal was in place earlier this year, but fresh reports in Italy claimed that talks had begun over a possible move.
But Inter have again denied any such discussions have taken place regarding a move for the former Manchester United forward.
"Despite what the newspapers write, there is no contact whatsoever for Tevez," Inter's managing director Ernesto Paolillo told Radio CRC.
Tevez himself is currently battling to be fit for Saturday's FA Cup final against Stoke City at Wembley.
