New Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley has hired University of Miami offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch for the same position with the NFL team.

Fisch will have the job of overhauling and improving one of the league's worst offenses of the 2012 season.

The Jaguars finished 29th in offense out of the 32 teams in the league during the regular season.

Fisch spent two seasons as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach with the Hurricanes, creating one of the most potent offenses in college football.

He has nine seasons of NFL coaching experience and worked with Bradley on the Seattle Seahawks staff during the 2010 season.

Fisch has also worked with head coaches Mike Shanahan, Brian Billick and Steve Spurrier. EFE
