A South Jersey man arrested five times in five weeks for drunk driving is out of jail and could be back on the road.

Anderson Sotomayor, 45, posted $20,000 bail on Tuesday.

Sotomayor was jailed after his fifth offense in Ma, because cops say he had oxycodone without a prescription.

He wasn't in police custody before that because he was released after his first four arrests pending court hearings on those charges.
