Oscar-winning Spanish actors Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are taking a little vacation in Moscow along with their son Leo, who was born last January, according to Russian press reports on Thursday.

Cruz arrived in Moscow on Wednesday to present her new film "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides," in which she stars with Johnny Depp.

The actress, who is almost constantly with her first offspring, nevertheless left Leo for a few hours on Wednesday at her downtown hotel in the care of a babysitter, who traveled from Madrid exclusively to lend a hand with the child.

During the press conference at which the film was presented, Cruz highly praised Depp.

"It's very easy to work with him: he's lively, intelligent, fun, he's got talent. He's one of the most intelligent people in this world," she said of her co-star.

At the same time, she also said that her husband was not jealous of Depp.

"They've known each other for a long time and they love to spend time together," said Cruz, according to the Russian media.

Also traveling to Moscow was Bardem, who in the coming days will participate in a theater workshop entitled "The actor: training and creation" headed by Argentine director Juan Carlos Corazza.
