The relationship between singer Enrique Iglesias and former tennis star Anna Kournikova is going through a difficult patch due to the Spaniard's refusal to get married after 12 years, the New York Post said Tuesday.
The daily cites a source who says that Kournikova "is getting tired of waiting for him to decide if he wants to marry her or not."
"They've been together for so long, she feels like it's never going to happen. She is ready to move on," the unnamed source told the Post.
Iglesias, 38, and Kournikova, 32, went through another crisis in the past on this matter, although they were able to work things out on that occasion, the source noted, adding that "time will tell" whether or not that will be the case this time around.
The Post notes, in addition, that Iglesias' management team has insisted that the pair have "no intention" to marry in the near future.
