Spanish singer David Bisbal will be one of the entertainers participating in the third season of the "La Voz...Mexico" television program.
Bisbal is the third entertainer confirmed for the show by the Televisa network after Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel and Mexican rocker Alejandra Guzman.
Now, all that remains is for the show's fourth entertainer to be announced, after which the artists will blindly select a team of singers and then train them with an eye toward finding Mexico's best singing voice.
On the first Spanish edition of the successful TV reality show/contest, Bisbal, who also rocketed to fame on a television program - "Operacion Triunfo" - was one of the participants and earned the title "La Voz" of Spain.
In addition, he participated in the first edition of the program in Mexico as an advisor to Mexican regional singer Espinoza Paz.
"La Voz... Mexico" is the Mexican adaptation of the successful Dutch show "The Voice," which has been expanded into several other countries around the world.
In prior seasons, artists such as Alejandro Sanz (who won the competition during the first season), Paulina Rubio, Miguel Bose and Aleks Syntek have worked to discover Mexico's best singers. EFE
