Actress Courteney Cox, best known for long-running NBC series "Friends," is ready to direct her first feature film, Deadline Hollywood said.
"Hello I Must Be Going," starring Seann William Scott with Kate Walsh, has a script by David Flebotte, who has written for series including "Boardwalk Empire" and "Desperate Housewives."
Scott portrays a depressed man who returns to his hometown with a plan to rectify past mistakes before committing suicide, while Walsh plays the role of his sister-in-law.
Cox, 48, has directed some episodes of her series "Cougar Town," as well as the Lifetime TV movie "Talhotblond."
The film will be produced by Cox and ex-husband David Arquette and shooting is to begin at the end of this month. EFE
