Jorge and Alexa Narvaez must have melted every heart in the country last night, as the father/daughter duo performed on the season seven premiere of “America’s Got Talent,” Monday night.

Even new judge Howard Stern was taken aback with the talent and cuteness of the Narvaez’s rendition of Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros‘ “Home.”

“I believe music is very important in my family,” said Jorge Narvaez.

The recent college grad and father of two became a YouTube sensation last year after documenting his singing adventures with his daughter. Celebs such as Ellen Degeneres have become fans since.

Alexa Narvaez, 7, seemed overjoyed to be on stage performing with her father.

“My daddy is my favorite singer in the whole entire universe,” said Alexa Narvaez.

After seeing the audience Alexa felt a bit intimidated by the crowd, but she did not let this stop her from blowing everyone away.

“I’m scared! This is a lot of people,” Alexa Narvaez said.

The judges were impressed.

“Alexa, how old are you?” How long have you been singing? Asked judge Sharon Osbourne.

To this Alexa Narvaez said proudly since “the day that I was one year old.”

Stern, who said the moment sincerely touched him, sent the duo straight into the next rounds in Las Vegas.

“Wow, Jorge. I wish you were my dad,” said the controversial radio host. “You have a beautiful chemistry.”

“This has been the most touching moment on this show so far for me,” added Stern. “By all means I vote for you to go to Vegas.”

Following Stern, Osbourne and Howie Mandel voted for the Narvaez’s to go to Las Vegas as well.

The father/daughter also enjoy singing in Spanish. The two have a video of them singing a touching rendition of Mexican singer Reyli Barba’s “Perdoname en silencio.”

“I am grateful to have become a better father, man and person that I was,” Jorge Narvaez wrote on his blog after putting up the video.

“I have to start looking at that brighter side because I have come far and that is what’s important and I’m proud of it! I’ve always done everything with the heart in mind, always,” he added.
