Actress and singer Roselyn Sánchez and actor Eric Winter are the parents of a baby girl, the couple announced Wednesday.

"Welcome to the world beautiful Sebella Rose Winter! Mami and Daddy adore you! This joy is overwhelming," they wrote on their Facebook page. "Thanks for all of the well wishes!"

Winter, 35, "was at all times with Roselyn helping with the delivery," Sánchez's representative said. "Both baby and mom are in perfect conditions. Soon the proud parents will be sharing photos."

Sanchez wed Winter in November 2008 in the actress' native San Juan.

The 38-year-old Sánchez is the spokesperson for the San Jorge Children's Foundation and organized the "Triathlon For Life," an April charity event benefiting the foundation and La Casa Cuna in San Juan.

She became known to U.S. television viewers in 1996 as "Pilar Domingo," the first Latino continuing character on the long-running soap opera "As the World Turns."

From 2005-2009, Sanchez portrayed an FBI agent on the primetime drama "Without a Trace."

Sanchez made her singing debut in 2003 with the album "Borinqueña." The first single from the disc, "Amor Amor," garnered a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Music Video.
