Calle 13 was the big story at Wednesday's announcement of the nominations for the 12th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, as the rap duo got the nod in 10 different categories.

Producer/engineer Rafa Arcaute was next, with six nominations, followed by singer Franco De Vita with five.

Past winner Calle 13's "Entren Los Que Quieran" will vie for the Album Of The Year and Best Urban Music Album awards. The duo is also nominated for Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year and as producers for their work on Shakira's "Sale El Sol."

Calle 13's competition for Album of the Year honors includes the Shakira disc and Spanish crooner Enrique Iglesias' "Euphoria."

Mexican singer Marco Antonio Solis garnered four nominations from the Latin Recording Academy, while Desmond Child, Paquito D'Rivera, Sebastian Krys, Mana, Ricky Martin, Joan Sebastian, Shakira and Zoe each received three.

The Latin Grammy Awards gala is set for Nov. 10 at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. The event will be broadcast live on Univision.
