Argentine rock group Babasonicos is celebrating its 20 years of musicmaking with the launch of its new album "A Proposito" (By the Way), available for digital download starting Tuesday.

The production is the band's 10th album and includes the number "Deshoras" (Out of Hours), the first single from the new disc, the recording company Universal Music Latino said.

The band, one of the most innovative in all Latin American rock, was chosen as "Artist of the Decade" by the Argentine edition of Rolling Stone.

"The creators of rock classics such as 'Yegua' (Mare), 'Pijamas' and 'Microdancing' present a collection of music unlike any other with unforgettable melodies and intense lyrics," the band's label said.

Babasonicos won the MTV Latin America award for Best Rock Artist in 2007 and 2008.
