South Florida charities are looking for bilingual Santas to say 'ho, ho, ho' in every language.

Community leaders say children can relate better to a Santa that speaks their language and has the same skin color.

For the third year in a row, volunteer Alain Lafontant will play Papa Noel in the Haitian community.

He speaks to the kids in English, French or Haitian Creole.

The Sun Sentinel ( http://lb.vg/URmB3) says staff at the Charles J.Howard School in Michigan aren't seeing much diversity. The school is known as the "Harvard of Santa Schools."

The school has trained thousands of Santas in the last 25 years. About 15 were black and three Hispanic. All Santas receive a list of how to say Merry Christmas in about 25 languages.
